It's cornbread.
I made some the other day with this pasta dish which wasn't that great, but it was something to fix with stuff I had in the cub board. (Come on who hasn't been there?!)
Anyway, maybe it was that the pasta dish wasn't really that great, or it was just that the corn bread was really quite good.
Either way, I loved it!!
BTW, Dada didn't like the pasta dish either. She said it was gross cuz it had REAL tomatoes in it. Poor child. What am I doing to her?!?! ;)
