Yesterday we were invited to Sydney's 1st bday party. It was held at Chuck E Cheese. The kids were nervous about going. I think they thought we were going to get into an accident when we left. After we reassured them that we would be ok, I think they felt a little better about going. They knew their friends would be there, so they didn't want to miss out on any fun. Here is Sydney with her dad.

Brother and Logan waiting for their cake, they were so antsy to keep playing, they couldn't decide if they wanted cake or if they just wanted to play. They finally decided to go play and had cake later!! :)

Dada and Chuck E.Chuck E Cheese was a complete zoo. Now I know why I don't frequent that place. There was actually a line waiting to get inside. Not only were there kids running around inside, there were kids running around outside! It was insane.
I will have to say that I am glad that we went. I have felt for a while now that it was important to go to Chuck E Cheese again so the kids wouldn't be afraid of the place. (They had been saying that they NEVER want to go back again b/c they didn't want to get into an accident.) So having a bday party to go to was the perfect excuse to go. They had a great time. When we left the kids wanted to go home the same way that we did the night of the accident. I hope now that they won't be afraid anymore.
