We joined the y last year, and I have been pretty faithful to it. And I have been trying to watch what I eat. I have tried to cut out pop, and I try and eat for fruits and vegetables.
All this being said, today I really blew it!! I wasn't really hungry on my break today, I just wanted to eat. So eat I did. I had a large bottle of Mountain Dew with a big bag of chili fritos, and then to top it all off, I ate a hershey with almonds. I added at all up and I had about 600 calories just from that crap!
I am so mad at myself! It isn't even funny!

I think you're being too hard on yourself. I mean at least you've been faithful to the 'Y'! I have a treadmill in my bedroom that hasn't gotten used (by me) in literally years! It's pure pitiful...
