Finally

I have been walking for the past 4 days. My goal is to walk 6 days a week. For at least an hour. I have walked app. 10 miles. ( That may be way off, but that is my guess) I finally feel that I am doing something good for myself. I also have not made any more brownies, and am trying to not eat sweets at bed time. I want to do this thing 1 step at a time so it isn't such a huge shock to my system. Hopefully I will see something good coming from this. I wouldn't call it a diet that I am on, I am just trying to watch my weight. Just thought I should give an update. Not that anyone cares.
