Yes, it is as good as it looks. :) I think Emma is allergic to dairy, so I made the shortcake with almond milk. I wasn't quite sure how it would taste. But I can't tell a difference. The only thing I am missing is the ice cream. I love how the ice cream melts down into the cake and gets it all soggy.
