Brother's most favorite breakfast is pancakes. I don't make them a whole lot around here b/c they are hard on Dada's sugar. So with her at Grandma's, I made a big batch of pancakes. He couldn't wait!!
After we did some chores, we spent the rest of the day outside.
Bella wants to be right there were we are. Otherwise, she thinks she is missing out on something. I think the Brother ReAlLy has grown attached to Bella!
1 thing that I HAD to get done was a haircut for Brother. We normally take him to the barber, but I thought today I would try to do it by myself. I don't think he thought I was serious!!
But I think the end result turned out just fine!
After his haircut, we heard the ice cream truck for the 1st time this year!
Brother's face LIT up!
It took him a minute to decide what he wanted but finally chose this iron man Popsicle thing.
Since it was warm out it didn't take him long to gobble it up!
Later that afternoon, Janelle picked him up, so he and his other boy cousins could stay with her for a couple of days.
Thursday, Janelle took them to their 1st major league baseball game. He was able to see the Brewer's and Cubs play. To bad the Cubs lost! :(
He came home yesterday excited about his time with Janelle. He said she even took us on a 3 HOUR hike!!
We now have my friend Austin's boy for the weekend. I hope they are able to relax and enjoy their weekend!
And I promise......no trips to Chuck E Cheese!!! ;)
