My 1st Blog award

Nicole at Harms Family News gave me this award. I appreciate it very much.



In order to get my prize, I must follow the rules, which are:

So here goes....



10 HoNeSt ThiNgs AboUt MySeLf.....



1. I love to take pictures. (shocking isn't it)



2. I LOVE being the LUNCH LADY. I hate grocery shopping....but the rest is great.



3. I like Casting Crowns



(This is very hard)



4. I sometimes have dreams that Dada's sugar will go low in the night and she won't wake up. I wake up when I realize that she isn't waking up. I usually wake up covered in tears. I have to remind myself that it was just a dream. And that God watches over her when I can't.



5. I used to always think that I was a people person and that I could get along with anyone. The older I get, the more I find this to be not true. There are just some people that DRIVE ME NUTS. The part that I am realizing.....is that that's ok. People are going to drive me nuts. But it's how I respond to them that's the important part. I need to treat them like Jesus would.....that's the hard part.



6. I always say that every season is my favorite.



7. I regret how I acted a couple years ago with someone I should have been there for. She needed me. And in the following years....I can see how much she needed someone to be there for her. She is still floundering in life, and it pains me to hear about. I wish I could sit and have an honest conversation with her.



8. I have never once regretted getting married so young. I love him with my whole heart. He is my heart, and I don't know what I would do without him.



9. I know that I am where God wants me. I am just curious as to why. It's exciting to see God working. I think I need to get out of the way and let him do his thing.



10. I am getting tired of the judgement and legalism of religion today. I wish we could serve Christ b/c we want to. Not because we have to check a box saying that we were at this service or b/c you will get a call if you weren't there.



11. Just because I can....I love Coffee. :)



And here are the people that I award the award to.....(in no particular order)



1. Shanda my internet friend. I read her blog daily. She is a true inspiration to me. She has such a peace in her life and it can be seen even through a computer screen. I would love to meet her and share a cup of coffee with her. :)



2. Tancy at Adventures in Homeschooling. She used to blog a lot. But when she does post, I can't wait to read them.

3. Beth at My Life Savings. I also enjoy reading her blog.

4. Sarah. I have known Sarah for a LONG time now. She has moved away from me, and I love that we can keep in touch with each other through our blogs.

5. Erica at My daily journey. Erica has known me longer then anyone else outside of my family. We grew up like sisters. She was my sidekick for the 1st 15 years of my life. We have always stayed in touch with each other, but I am enjoying to no end the transformation in her life. She is a whole new person now. I just wish that we would have more then a couple stolen moments together every couple of years.

6. Hannah at JETT2. I went to school with Hannah. She doesn't post a lot either, but I can't wait for each new post.

7. Beth at DBBURRUS19. Beth and I also went to school together. I just love that I can still see her life even though we are so far away.
